I only saw this show because I felt obligated to see a “Real Las Vegas Show”. You know, one with showgirls.
And it was about what I expected.
The Radio City Musical Hall Christmas Show with boobs but without the Christmas theme.
This type of show is honestly not my cup of tea. The women are topless, but it is so un-erotic that they might as well not be topless. They have too much other stuff on. They wear huge and elaborate costumes …. but I’m not gay, and therefore cannot properly appreciate them.
There was music, dancing, and strutting around in huge ornate garments. It was quite a spectacle to see, and it was interesting to see once … but probably only once.
I think these shows were a much bigger deal back in the old days, when this was really cutting edge stuff.
It’s music and showgirls with some tricks thrown in. Worth the price of admission, but really more for the nostalgia than anything else.
I liked it fine, because it delivered on the “showgirl” promise.
It’s just a little harder to get a boner when the topless lady in front of you has a 40lb headdress on.
And really, isn’t that why we go to these shows … to get a boner?
