I wasn’t expecting much from TI’s buffet, but I was pleasantly surprised. We went to check out the Sirens show (you can view the review here) and figured we’d try their buffet as well. The buffet was not huge or elaborate by any means, but it was quite good. The selection was average, but what they had was definitely above average. They had 2 cooking stations and a carving station. We went during the end of Brunch and stayed until dinner. The non-champagne Brunch was $15/per adult. During Brunch they had an elegant omelet station. These weren’t the generic omelets, but the “fancy” omelets that they would serve you at some high end restaurant. The made to order salad stations were the same. During dinner, they converted the omelet station into a pasta station. I tried their pumpkin ravioli with bacon, cranberry, and some herb like basil. It was tossed in a butter based sauce. It was delicious. Other items that are worth mentioning were the bbq ribs (very tender), asian wraps, wonton soup, and their custom salads. Oh, their desserts were excellent as well. My favorites were chocolate dipped bananas, chocolate mousse cake, and their hot drink dispenser. The machine had many hot drinks to choose from such as hot chocolate (which I had), cappucino, espresso, hot milk, hot water for tea, mocha, coffee, coffee with milk, and some other drinks that I can’t recall. I thought it was pretty neat. Anyway, the service was excellent, there was no line whatsoever to enter, and I didn’t see one during our meal nor afterward. All in all, it was a very good buffet.
