Buffet dining is heating up at Sam?s Town. The Firelight Buffet features a wide variety of food items located on several different display cooking areas, including open rotisseries, omelet stations and carving stations. The buffet even has its own bar. Variable lighting will create a bright atmosphere by day, and softer, more intimate dining experience by night.

• We will be serving broiled salmon, battered cod, fried catfish, seafood newburg, steamed clams, New England clam chowder, fried scallops, and mahi mahi. Also available will be hot snow crab legs, crawfish, fried shrimp, fried clams, peel and eat shrimp, marinated mussels, oyster on the half shell and assorted sushi.

• We will also offer a variety of side dishes, soups and salads, our live Chinese and Mexican action stations. Complete your dinner at the dessert station where hand scooped ice cream and sugar-free deserts are among the selections.

• Saturday & Sunday Champagne Brunch 8am - 3pm

• We will be serving waffle sticks, French toast, eggs benedict, scrambled eggs, cheese blintzes, biscuits and gravy. Other entrees will include rotisserie chicken, almond pork chops and salmon with chipolte cream sauce. We will also feature our Italian, Chinese and Mexican stations. The carving station willl have glazed ham and roast beef. Made to order omelets.

For its price, Sam’s Town is a great buffet. I’d say on par with MGM Grand, Luxor, or Stratosphere during breakfast. It’s average food and average quality at below average price.

If you’ve got a huge appetite, but on a low budget, this is a great buffet for you.
