Voted Best of Las Vegas year after year - Las Vegas Review Journal, Best of Las Vegas
“Peppermill offers a throwback to a Vegas long gone” - By HEIDI KNAPP RINELLA REVIEW-JOURNAL

- 24 Hours, 365 days a Year - Prices Vary (moderate)

We had lunch at the Peppermill this afternoon. I called ahead to find out if it was busy and the lady that answered laughed and said no it’s not at all, so we thought, great no wait. Well, when we arrived (we live 5 minutes away), it was packed, and we were told that the wait would be 25 - 30 minutes. Go figure, I guess the lady was being sarcastic … The hostesses and servers were polite and smiled, so this made the wait pleasant.
The interior was cozy and very crowded. Kind of felt like we were dining in a purple/pink neon orchard during Spring. It’s definitely not boring. It’s probably nicer at night when the neon lights are brighter and more obvious. We’ll come back for dinner some time to check it out. The patrons were from all walks of life, some locals and many tourists.
We ordered the Mediterranean Omelet, bagel w/ cream cheese, the Peppermill Burger w/ onion rings, and a spinach salad w/ bleu cheese dressing. The meal was delicious, and very filling b/c the portions were huge. The omelet and shredded hashbrowns alone could satisfy 2 people easily. Unless you are starving, you may want to share a salad (full size - not side salad), an entree, and leave some room for dessert. This is what we’ll do on our next visit. I wish someone would have recommended this to us.
The service was average, mainly b/c they were very busy (Sunday lunch). I can’t say that their food was exceptional in any way, but it was very tasty and had that homemade touch to it. Their prices are a bit above average, but for the monstrous portions, it’s a good deal. I looked at other dishes pass our table and noticed that the omelets and fruit/veggie salads were the largest in portion. The fruit salads were presented in an especially appetizing manner. Anyway, I think their main draw is the fact that they serve a hearty breakfast, lunch, and dinner 24/7 while seated in a tastefully decorated neon orchard with leggy women serving your meal. What more could you ask for?
