The Buffet features a range of fresh American and international dishes prepared in an exhibition-style kitchen. Live cooking stations include fresh made to order dishes at our pasta bar and Mongolian Grill. Guests can also choose from our freshly carved turkey or beef, and delight in a wonderful salad bar and delicious desserts.

I was expecting a bit more from the Monte Carlo. I figured it would be more like the Mirage or Mandalay, but it wasn’t. It was more generic like the Stratosphere. The dining area was a bit dim, and the food selection was slim. It was a disappointment. Unless you’re staying at the hotel and it’s just convenient, I wouldn’t go out of my way.
