This is my favorite time of year because Vegas reminds me of the East Coast and the Pacific Northwest … weather that I grew up with for 30 years.

I hate the sun and hope it burns out.

Until it does, I patiently wait all year for January and February.

My hometown is getting pummeled at the moment, however, and I cannot get in or out of the city.

20+ inches of snow.

I don’t miss the snow quite as much, although that amount of powder is very atypical for the Washington Metropolitan Area … with the exception of Marion Barry’s residence.

The bitch set him up.
