The Freeway View

Traffic was light this weekend, and the town was empty enough to be of concern to, well, everyone who has a stake in people being here.

After playing poker at TI, I decided to head out to Sunrise Manor to get some updated photos.

Since I live very close to Las Vegas Boulevard (a 4 minute walk or a 45 second drive), I usually take the Boulevard itself to get to wherever I am going here in town. Be it Downtown or The Strip, nothing is more than 10 minutes away anymore. Two years ago, I took side streets, but gridlock on LVB is a thing of the past. For now.

Anyway, I took the 15 to the 515, and got some views that I don’t typically get in my daily routine.

I got the freeway side of City Center, I got a bit of FBlue from a distance, and I got Downtown from the flyover.

Visually, this is the current state of the city.
