Palazzo “End of Year” Skepticsm

I am having doubts about the Palazzo being done by the end of the year.
It may possibly be “open” in some capacity, but the amount of work that remains to be done is pretty heavy, and I assume the construction people will be celebrating Thanksgiving and Christmas.
These pictures were taken on October 17th and October 19th … just a few days ago.
Even though the shell is mostly finished, peering inside, it doesn’t appear that they are even close to having the inside built out. The interior is still waaaaaay under construction, and they have thousands of rooms to make habitable.
I have never seen a building progress from its current state to “complete” in 2 months.
And if they did happen to finish in 60 days, I might be hesitant to stay on too high a floor as these construction guys will have to be on some major amphetamines. I’m not even sure if the paint on the walls would be dry.
My guess is that there will be some kind of partial preview opening where you can maybe gamble, dine, and stay in some select rooms. I don’t think it is going to be full-steam-ahead open. The Wynn looked complete almost 6 months before they actually opened the place. This one doesn’t even look close to complete.
Of course, I could be wrong (and I hope I am). It sure wouldn’t be the first time.
The Palazzo may be polished off and 100% ready for business with running water, electricity, and the requisite building inspections (real inspections, not Harrah’s inspections).
I doubt it, though.
