“The Producers” Gets “VegasRex-Reviewed”
Not that they wanted to be … but those bastards asked for it!
I finally succumbed to all of the marketing hype.
I gave in to the billboards, to the magazine ads, to the old ladies riding around on Segways.
Every taxicab that passed me by was advertising for “The Producers”.
It’s everywhere. The Producers this … The Producers that … good grief The Producers are everywhere.
But I didn’t want to see it.
I am not one of those brainwashed idiots who sees something simply because he has had a massive marketing campaign shoved straight up his ass like a colonoscopy gone horribly awry.
No, I was not going to see this show.
No way, no how, it wasn’t going to happen.
Then I got a letter in the mail. The letter told me that since I was a local, I was invited to see the show for half-price. Decent seats too.
They finally got me where they knew it would work … my wallet.
What’s the use of living in Las Vegas if you can’t see expensive shows for a fraction of the cost that people fly across the country to see?
Man, these fucking marketers are good.
